Vintage pleated midi skirt w/ matching top small

Very unique two piece co ordinate set. Elastic waistband pleated skirt not lined. Sleeveless top not lined. Very soft stretchy fabric may be a spongy rayon. Great print and skirt falls under the knees. Assuming its a size small top : armpit to armpit 17” Maybe small / medium bottom : waistband 13”
