Vintage pleated skirt

This is a gorgeous creamy yellow vintage skirt. It is made for a spring day or a summer picnic! This flirty skirt is fitted through the hip, then pleated down. It has a 7 inch metal zipper and button closure. Tag says union made in Canada. Approximately modern size 2-4.
