Vintage pleated skirt

Midi black pleated skirt Size not on tag (I would say is a size small to medium) but I am a size medium and it fits comfortably, the waist band is elastic and stretches up to 18 inches. All measurements indicated on the photos In very good condition, second hand vintage item
