Vintage pleated skirt 💯 %wool

Size say 16 but it’s less than that . Waist 17 inches flat measured , Length 27.5 in , longer than below knee depending on your hight . 100% wool , on top pleats are sewn in so it’s very flattering. Navy blue , green and red .I am estimating size 12 but please look at my measurements in description.
