Vintage plus size black and blue rose floral print skort

This is a beautiful blue mixed floral print fold over flap style skort in a plus size 16. Look like a wrap skirt design from the front. Waist measures about 33”. Shorts underneath are zipper closure and fold over skirt is attached by a button on one side. Length is about 18”. Inseam is about 6” and the rise is about 14”. 1Q
