Vintage polka dot floral dress/topper

Snap button down with top button loop closure. Shoulder pad covers but foam padding has deteriorated(can be removed). Hand pockets. Cuffed sleeves. A-line shape. Made by Casual Chic. No size or material tags. May fit up to 1X(see measurements). Can be worn oversized. Approx 39in length, 26in shoulder seam to seam, 8.5in shoulder seam to cuff, 27in pit to pit. Some slight staining on front buttoning area, back lower potion(see pics). Also on cuff(last pic).
