Vintage polka dot navy dress

True vintage cotton polka dot dress, bought in a vintage market on LA, beautiful fit, it also has pockets! There’s a decoloration spot at the bottom, see pic, but it doesn’t really show when worn because of the wide hem. Fits like a comfy small which is my size.
