Vintage polkadot midi skirt

Vintage polkadot midi skirt in EUC. Mid-length with pockets. It's very hard for me to tell if this skirt is black or dark navy. Measurements: Waistband is 14" but please note that it is elasticated and stretches out to 17" nicely. I am a 29/30 in 100% jeans and it fits me perfectly (either as a highwaisted skirt or sitting at my regular waistline). Please let me know if you have any questions!
