Vintage porcelain hand painted bell

Pretty porcelain bell hand painted with poinsettias and tiny blue flowers and gold handle. Trimmed with gold. Wording on back “December Poinsettia Joyous” with scroll design. “Japan” stamped on inside. There are a couple of whitish marks on inside of bell that appear to be an adhesive of some sort. 4” tall and in excellent condition. 060
