Vintage purple smart set off the shoulder dress

Good/fair condition (discolouration on straps & in armpits - only visible on one side) Purple velvet colour Scalloped neckline Off the shoulders Fit and flare dress Size 7/8 Armpit to armpit: 17 inches Waist: 14 inches Hips: 20 inches I believe that this dress can be repaired. The elastic straps can easily be replaced or taken off completely. The dress itself can either be completely dyed or you can spot dye the one armpit.
