Vintage purse accessory with silver plated cover and pocket clip

Silver plated cover with a repeated scene depicting village life. Comes with original tortoise shell patterned accessory. It is by Master Silversmith, Danish silversmith Hans Jensen. The scene is repeated 4 times, it is a group of men sitting around a table in someone's yard. There are people looking out from the house and three more people in the yard, including the back view of a fiddler. The case also has a pocket clip. We don't know if the accessory is real or faux Tortoise Shell.
