Vintage pyjama set pastel blue

Vintage from Louis Jean Model Lingerie Pyjama set Feels like cotton or cotton blend Embroidered details at neckline and lace detail on sleeves Baby blue color Size small ...please see picture for measurements. I did not measure the waist because the elastic can be stretch a lot. Im size medium ...I can put it on ...but its just a bit too small ...so its obviously a size small. In overall good vintage condition. Has some minimal pilling as seen in pictures and a flaw in the elastic waist band as shown in pictures ...which could be fix easily to make it not appear..
