Vintage quilted Cheongsam Dress

This dress is in good vintage condition. Slight signs of wear but no stains, tears or damage. There is no fabric tag. I believe the outer fabric may be silk while the quilted lining is certrainly polyester. The size tag is 7. I think this is about a medium but please note the measurements. The lay flat measurements are as follows: pit to pit is 18 inches, waist is 17 inches, hips are 18.5 inches. This dress has shoulder pads, is fully lined with a quilted lining. The outside of the dress is not quilted.
