tscollectibles is it silver on copper or some plating no mark? it's beautiful but I'm curious about the silver

tscollectibles @sonia20steve can't really make out the words top 1 for sure but yes I see sort of but usually there's a mark like a lion w a crown or a no. or such I think? this may be a coffee pot perhaps n tea pot shorter, wider

sonia20steve @tscollectibles I don't know but it says silver and the rest is like erased. It belonged to my grandmother and she had a lot of silverware in her collection.
