Vintage rectanglular-esque bud vase with frosted/etched 3D rose

This vintage (Mikasa ? possibly) glass vase is a stunning piece of decorative glassware. The vase features a beautiful 3D rose design with etching and a raised texture. It stands at a height of 6.5” and has a width of 4.5”-at the widest point. The vase is made of clear glass and weighs 1040 grams, so is quite substantial. The vase is possibly a Mikasa (I’m not sure), but stunning just the same!
