Vintage red cast iron walnut-shaped nutcracker

Vintage red cast iron walnut-shaped nutcracker. This hinged nutcracker is quite heavy, as to be expected from cast iron. It is painted red inside and out. It would look very cheerful as part of a holiday table display. Condition: excellent preowned. The red paint has some minor scratches as can be seen in the pics
