Hello, can you please remeasure the bust size pit to pit. It currently says 8”. Also are there shoulder pads, interior pockets, interior tie. Thanks

One other thing … there looks like there is a 3 or 4” hem on the bottom. Is the 56” the current length or are you including this to say that it could be let down to be 56” long?
