Vintage red pencil skirt

This vintage pencil skirt comes right below the knees. From the now defunct brand New View, it's a bit looser than a contemporary pencil skirt, as was the trend of the 80s. The waist sits high and measures 24" (26" with stretch). It has pockets on the hips and fastens with two buttons in the back, but also has belt loops for wild belt potential. The red is seriously bright and has zero signs of fading or wear. Paint the town red hunny!
