Vintage religious maxi dress

Awesome vintage cottagecore/prarie/religious longsleeve plaid maxi dress with velvet chest and cuffs. As you can see it didnt close in the bck as my back is too wide, i think this would fit a size 2. Made by april fashions Montreal, maybe it used to be a hasidic jew's? No material tag but likely polyester or nylon. Measurements Shoulder to shoulder 15" Pit to pit 16" Waist 25" Hips 38" Length 56" Sleeve length 24" For reference I'm a size small (4-6) and 5'3" tall. The dress has no stretch.
