Vintage retro Ere Nouvelle cap hat fascinator, brown. HTS012

Vintage retro 1940, 1950, 1960 mid century felt brown hat fascinator. Brown bead and sequins detail, net lining with grosgrain ribbon finish inside. Couple of sequins missing but not noticeable. EUC, excellent condition for its age, hardly worn. 6.75 to 7” interior diameter, 23” circumference.
