Vintage retro mid century, 1940, 1950, 1960 hat fascinator, purple/navy blue velvet with blue and clear triangular sequins decor detail. Lined. Grosgrain ribbon finish on inside. EUC, no fading, excellent condition for its age, almost never worn. Interior diameter is approximately 6 by 6”.
