Vintage reversible Patchwork handmade open Jacket m-large

Super sweet and playful reversible jacket. The fleece side has patches sewn on, one pocket, and the reverse looks like a quilt with red sleeves and blue body. In good vintage condition. The fleece is definitely in a wash wear state as shown, but so soft. The reversed side is in great condition. See close up images. No materials or size tag, feels like cotton for the plaid material and perhaps a synthetic or blend for the fleece. See photos for measurements
