worn by my mom in the 70's and early 80's, kept in the closet this whole time and in very good condition for its age. approx: 13" waist, 30" length fits best those who normally wear small or medium but please see approx measurements and also has give to the fabric elastic waist band no fabric tag so not entirely clear but most likely wool blend blue and black color combination vintage pencil midi skirt academia
