Vintage ruffle blouse abstract zebra loose

Vintage 90s long sleeve button up black and white blouse with an abstract zebra type pattern. Slinky and great flow but it’s not real silk. No fabric tags but almost certainly polyester or rayon. Ruffle detail down front covering the buttons and at sleeve cuffs Looks great with high waisted jeans or a skirt Fits like a medium or could be worn oversized on a small. Loose cut so would work for a few sizes Shoulder to shoulder 16” Armpit to armpit 20” Excellent vintage condition
