Vintage sailor style 60s dress

unique and adorable sailor style Tailoring dress. this is made from cotton although there are no tags but you can just tell by the fabric. it's light and Airy but not see-through. it's the perfect spring summer dress! I'd say it would fit a size small or medium. sorry belt is not included just shown in photographs
