Vintage seal skin winter boots

Someone on here will know more about these boots than I do. I’m assuming they are seal skin. I am not the original owner. A little research says they may be traditional Sami boots. There are no brand details on these, including size. I’ve owned them for many years but they have never fit me well, and so I haven’t worn them much. I’m a steady size 8, and they are just a bit small on me, why I’ve listed as 7.5. The length of the boot sole is 10.5”. There is a crack along the sole of one of the boots.
