Vintage sequin mesh kaftan/kimono

I’m not 100% sure what this is. So if you know please let me know! I am sure that it’s such a beautiful piece. It is a piece that I got with other vintage dresses. It is very long! And has very long sleeves, that I’m guessing need to be tied a certain way as there’s beading on the inside of the sleeves. Flaw: some wear/small pin holes around the neck as shown in the last photo. Shoulder to shoulder: 21 inches Waist: 24 inches Length: 61 inches
