Vintage short sleeve pariani button up shirt size small

In original packaging - only removed from sleeve for pictures Please note shirt is still pinned to cardboard. Please see picture of measurements across the chest … it’s approx 5 inches from there to arm pits from what I can access . So approximately 19 inches I am guessing but again that’s a guess only!
