Vintage signed brooch & earrings in sterling and mother of pearl

Graceful and shimmering pairing of sterling silver with mother of pearl. The brooch measures 1-2/3 inches across, while the post earrings are 3/4 inch in diameter. All are marked C Noir 925. This is another case where I can find a few similar pieces, with the same signature, but have ultimately come up empty with information on the maker. The pieces are in very good shape, except for a little nick in the silver framing the brooch, near the hinge of the clasp (see last photo). This shouldn't affect either appearance or wear.
