Vintage silver plated pub scene ashtray

Silver plated ornate vintage ash tray with men drinking in a pub scene. My research dates this likely made between 1900 and 1940 and made in Holland or Germany. In great vintage condition. A little bit of ash stuck in cracks of main design, and a tiny bit of wear. The flaws actually appear more visible in photos than it is in person. I only gave it a quick clean, perhaps it could all come out. No patina otherwise. A bit of wear on each cigarette notch.
