Vintage silver tone handmade bracelet w amber like inserts, adjustable size

Vintage handmade bracelet. Silver tone metal, possibly silver plated. Delicate, airy and feminine. With oval softly glowing inserts that look like amber. Not sure if it is real, or faux amber as it has no visible inclusions. Adjustable, so it will fit any size. Has some patina developed with age, and overall in very good condition.
