Vintage silver tone pendant w three sparkly stones crystals, brand new chain

Vintage silver tone pendant with three freely hanging sparkly stones, possibly CZ crystals. 2.2 cm long (with bail). On a brand new 20" chain. The chain's plate is stamped 925. However, I think the chain itself is not sterling, but silver plated (as the clasp is not stamped).
