Vintage skull candle

Spooky, rare, vintage handcrafted wax skull candle that was never used but is in vintage condition from kicking around for well over 30 years now. Original owner. Hard to see but the teeth glow In the dark after it is put into bright light. Please see photos for best description thank you. The biggest condition issue would be the slice that cuts through some red wax. I think it could be heated up with a lighter or other heat source and smoothed out I'm sure but kinda ads to the look imo.
