Vintage slip skirt with lace detail

When living in Halifax years ago I frequented an antique shop that specialized in clothing and housewares made and used by generations of Haligonians. I bought many slips from her, as this was a major part of my layering practice at the time. This slip is in wonderful vintage condition, with a few small stains and rips shown in images. The waist is 9” unstretched, 17” stretched, 21” long.
