Vintage small gold tone metal picture light WORKS, artwork lamp, wall mounted

...reading light, desk lamp, headboard light A soft-toned gold metal picture lamp, originally meant to light up a piece of wall hanging art, but also perfect to mount to a wall or partition near a work station, on a headboard, or a bookcase. It comes with an electrical wire and wall plug and takes 1 slender basic screw base (E26) light bulb. There is a small twisty on-off switch to the side and the long beige coloured lamp wire looks older, with the North American 2 prong plug not being in great shape. A re-wire is not necessary as the lamp works, but would be recommended if you plan to use the light more intensively. The head is set of a ball joint, that feels stuck. It is currently set in a straight position and I chose to leave it that way, for fear I might break it. The mount is length adjustable from min 3 3/4" to max 6" The inside of the shade is marked in printed ink "CAUTION - use 40W T-10 lamps MAX" The mounting bracket is marked "JG Holzgang Co, Los Angeles Calif 90..7 E3747" The shade is open on one side, it *may* have had an end cap which is lost.
