Vintage snake-print burgundy belt 30-34"

Not sure who made this or if it is leather or man-made. There looks to be a worn part on the belt that says made in Canada which means it could be leather. Embossed, snakeskin print. The buckle appears to have been made in Italy. 3/4” wide, it measures approximately 34 inches from the last hole to the pin on the buckle, with 4 inches for adjustment.
