Vintage stainless steel Rochelle ladies wrist watch with clear stone

Not sure if the stone is diamond or not. And states stainless steel however is discoloured but is actually a really cool colourful discolouration if that makes sense. Vintage I do not know if this watch functions. At minimum requires a new battery. Looks as though the plating may have worn off
