Darling vintage sterling silver 925 puffy heart charm or pendant. Marked on the attached bale with makers marks PV and a 3 and the board head. This is the French purity mark for sterling silver. With the bale it is 16mm x 11mm wide. Original patina and in excellent vintage condition.
