About 17 mm in diameter. These are hand painted and made in the 1940’s. The background has a Luster reminiscent of the shimmer seen on butterfly wings. They are marked “sterling”. I have not cleaned these in any way. They are screw back earrings. The design is fir tree and the moon.

magpiesteve @izzychristie hi! The markings are on the top of the posts “sterling”. One of the backs is marked “sterling“ but it is partially obscured by the screw back attachment. Regards MagpieSteve
