Vintage strapless terry cloth bathing suit cover/dress

This gorgeous Bird of Paradise strapless terry cloth bathing suit cover or dress is meant to be worn in the tropics. I tried to capture the colors as best as I could but the pattern is a mix of pumpkin orange, carmine red, antique gold, medium purple, and blue green. The one belt loop is 8" down from the top.
