Vintage stretch custom skirt

EUC - like new (which is amazing because I recall wearing this skirt often) Even after all these years still a stunning piece. Rich brown with dark pink contrast. The fabric has fantastic weight , structure and stretch. Roll top waistband can be worn a variety of comfortable positions. This is one of a kind because the silk fabric strip is from Australian artist/designer ‘Tamara Ealey’ . From memory (20+ years ago) it was purchased from a little boutique shop in Sydney or Melbourne Australia I’m guessing it’s a women’s medium but please check the measurements
