Vintage structured wool top (green, ~med)

This was purchased from a vintage store about 10 years ago. It's a tailored top made of textured wool and lined with polyester. The shirt has slight cap sleeves, a tie at the neck (can be a bow), and a metal zipper all the way down the back with a hook/eye closure at the top and bottom, and two more along the collar closure. Zipper length is ~17.5", and it fit me just below my belly button. It doesn't have any stains or notable wear. Fits like a medium and doesn't stretch at all, but there's no size or brand on it so it's a guess. I imagine it's hand-made. (edited to add video as requested!)
