Vintage style dress ***Never Worn*** like new

Super cute dress. Bought it in 2007 thinking I would have somewhere to go out it in and that never happened. It’s super cute probably fits like a US 12. It’s been in a closet in a dress bag for too long. It needs to go to a party.
