Vintage suede fringe vest

This fringe vest needs a better home. I have managed to lose some tassels probably from my overly stuffed careless closet. The rest of vest is in excellent condition. And it would be easy to add tassels back on. This might have been a customized piece as there is no tags. I guess it is a small to medium. Arm hole openings are approx 7 in. The hem line before Fringe is approx 30in. ( vest is meant to stay open as there is no clasps or buttons.
