Vintage sweater dress in sz small

I bought this sweater dress in a vintage shop in Japan. It’s a beautiful structured dress with stretch. I’m unsure about the material but I believe it’s a combination of acrylic and cotton. The most unique part is the decorative waistline. This is a warm thick knit. Please note there is no tags. Measurements are approximate Pit to pit 16 inches Length 41 inches
