“Vintage” sweater thing?

I say it’s a sweater grandma says jacket idk who’s correct. Bought it at a yard sale. Adjustable waist thinggy. It’s super warm and comfortable it’s just a bit long on me. Tag is size less but I’d say a large Smoke free, pet friendly home.
