Vintage. It is designer but the labels were removed long ago and we are trying to recall the name. It is a wool blend but again no tags. 1980s Spadina high end shop. Pit to pit 20", flat bottom 18 1/2", pit to bottom 18". It was worn for New Years eve a few years. In great condition. Size posted a guess.
