Vintage tan wool skirt UK brand Dellbury

Vintage Dellbury skirt, bought in the UK. Size says UK 14 (US 10) but it runs very small. I normally wear a UK12 and cannot wear it. It has no stretch. Would be adorable with knee high boots and fall sweater (which was my plan!). Falls just below knee. I would guesstimate Us 4 to 6. Gently worn, good vintage condition
