Vintage tea length Mariposa dress

Girls just want to have fun dress, amazing just above the knee polka dot halter dress with black crinoline underneath. 80s from the notorious bopper store Mariposa! Says size 13/14, but perhaps 12. In good condition, no stains, only noticed small loosening of thread at halter straps, could easily be repaired.
