From the 1980s! This tea to ankle length, fit and flare skirt features a purple bow and pink peony design. Skirt is high waisted, without stretch or full lining. Beautifully made. Excellent condition. Says US size 6 but fits like a XS or 2. Perfect for someone with a 26” waist. No stains, holes or rips. 13” waist. 34” length.
